Laugholgy is the study of, and the practice of the art of making people laugh.
Met someone who is really funny? Well, they probably have a PhD in Laughology! You can refer to them as a Laughologist. Laughology is a rarely followed subject, as it requires a very good sense of humor, and to some extent, an above average level of smartness.

Shlok: Hey did you meet Aayush? That dude is so funny!
Ayan: Yep! Sure did! Dude has a PhD in Laughology it seems!
Arit: Yup, he's definitely a Laughologist.
