A person who jumps from lane to lane at a store such as Wal-Mart, thinking that each time they find a new lane, they will save time.

Did you see that lane jockey fly by us? Yeah I did, she jumped about six lanes before she was finally satisfied!

Lane Jockey 

A driver who weaves in and out of traffic, with frequent lane changes, in the hopes of reaching their destination 2-3 minutes faster than those behind them. They usually fail to use their turn indicators. Same type of driver who pulls the on-ramp hero maneuver.

Someone who speeds up or slows down to prevent you from entering their lane of traffic.

This Lane Jockey has been in the left lane for six miles and only speeds up when someone tries to undertake them
