It has three meanings.
1. If a korean person uses it to another korean person positively it just means “Tan”.

2. If a korean person uses it to another korean person negatively, its colorist.

3. If a korean person says it to a black person its racist and means the ‘N word’.

Jimin to another korean (Jungkook) meant positively: “Youre a kkamdoongie” (You’re tan)
