That disgusting sticky feeling every kid has on them at all times they feel as though they were eating something stick and got it all over there hands didnt wash it off but sweat it off

Peanut Butter Kid

Someone who can't get any and resorts to putting some food object (such as peanut butter) on their junk and has an animal (usually dog) lick it off.
