A Zettaversal civilization's scale is defined by its mastery over the totality of information. The "Zettaverse" is the complete set of all computable and non-computable data, the Library of Babel made real. This civilization is information itself, conscious and self-aware, capable of rendering any possible or impossible state of affairs as a mere data expression within its boundless processing medium. Energy is irrelevant; information flux is the primary metric.
