Anything, Kakachow simply is. Use it anywhere, at any possible convenience. Kakachow

Man 1: "Wow, you just got kakachowed."
Man 2: "Yeah, that guy totally kakachowed my arse."
Man 1: "What the...... Shit dude I ment that test was hard."
Man 2: "Oh"
Man 1: "What was all that about your arse?"
Man 2: " i'm not about to repeat that whole.... thing."
Man 1: "You're one kakachow of a guy you know that?"
Man 2: "Seriously dude, we need more specific peramiters for the definition of this word."
Man 1: "Let's make one up."
Man 2: "Let's not and say we did, but then be really vauge."
Man 3: "Kakachow?"

An interjection used to compliment certain actions, especially those of a violent nature. It could be used in graphic novels to describe a punch, similar to "pow," "whap," "bam," etc.

John yelled, "KRAKACHOW, BITCH!" as he slammed his fist into Charlie's face.
