When the one we refer to affectionately as "Jonk" is circulating around the room talking to everyone like they are his best friend. Discharging his warm cunning words of kindness all over their innocent faces.

Verb form of jocular. The act of over the top jesting or merry making. Joculate, joculated, joculating.

The friends had too much to drink and were making a scene, joculating at the bar.
