When you are irritated and/or agitated from not being able to release your bladder for urination.

Dude 1: "dude I have an itchin' for pissin'."

Dude 2: "why?"

Dude 1: " because their is no where to take a leak!"

Itchin' for a pissin'

The sensation of having to urinate extremely bad, resulting in restlessness, discomfort, and even considering unconventional spots as possible urination locations.

Person 1- Dude, did he really just piss in soda can?

Person 2- Absolutely. He really had an itchin' for a pissin'
