Refers to the standing over a seated female co-worker with a low cut shirt who is staring at her monitor. Usually done when said co-worker has asked for some sort of computer help. The move allows you to stare straight down the low cut shirt without repercussion as you help them with their problem. Is usually followed by a conversation with male co-workers about the cleavage that was you just saw.
I just pulled the IT move on the new marketing intern. I swear I could see all the way to her belly button!

It’s letting go of them because it’s not healthy for you or helpful for them to keep it going this way. Moving on is what you have to do so you can still be friends with this person before you disappear from their life.
