A mixed drink created on February 22, National Margarita Day consisting of:
• Salt, for rimming the shot glass
• 1 1/2 ounces tequila
• 1 ounce tomato juice to substitute for lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
Mix ingredients (in blender with ice optional) and pour into shot glass. Top with drops of Tabasco and dash of black pepper. Add Absolute Citron or Peppar (80 proof) to light on fire (optional).
