Someone who is classy, sophisticated, and/or bougie as fuck. May be refered to as middle/upper class.

Heighborship

When you’re friendly with your neighbors to the point of saying “Hey” or waving. Not a friendship or a close neighbor, but just enough to acknowledge each other’s existence and be polite about it. Typically you really don’t give a damn about them, but you also don’t want to be rude.

Alternate spelling can be “Heyborship.”

My neighbor George and I wave and say “Hey,” but we never hang out, so our relationship is just a Heighborship.

A neighborhood that is safe with neighbors that are kind, loving, and generous. You can ask them for anything and they will gladly help you in any way they can.

I used to always lock my doors and now I don’t since I’ve moved into a heighborhood!
