Someone who spends a lot of time going to online comment sections NOT to make pertinent points but simply to publish ugly hateful remarks that have NOTHING to do with subject of article.

Sam, a certified hate troll, spends hours watching Youtube videos showing Obama in his daily life in the White House then makes comments such as "I can't wait until this evil, immoral POS and his crap family leaves!"
