Hash Bash 

Hash Bash is an annual event organized by the Michigan National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). It takes place on the first Saturday of April in Ann Arbor, MI on the campus of The University of Michigan. At high noon on the Diag there are speakers and rallying and afterwards a street fair on Monroe. Ann Arbor has a $25 civil infraction fine for smoking marijuana on city property.

Hashbash 

The act of getting someone so drunk that they are unaware of what they are doing and then you perform a sexual act on them, essentially known as drug rape. Hash = Drug, Bash = Sex, Hash + Bash = Sick rapist

1. A person who Hashbashes someone, but does not learn their lesson and it is known that they will strike again.
