Goon Valley (noun) is a fictional, satirical internet meme concept popularized on TikTok that describes a hypothetical community where inhabitants possess an extremely disproportionate physical anatomy, specifically a giant, hyper-muscular right arm and a normal-sized left arm. According to internet lore and online folkposting culture, this extreme asymmetry is the direct result of targeted, superhuman muscle hypertrophy caused by the repetitive, chronic act of gooning (slang for prolonged internet-era self-gratification) using the right arm, while the left arm remains completely un-stimulated.
