Googly eyed rock 

-To be intoxicated to the point of incoherence

-A set of vacant glossy eyes, from which no intelligible emotion or expression can be derived.

-Being shit ass drunk.
-At this point one’s eyes begin to resemble a googly eyed pet rock.
