A Germaboo is a whack person who's obsessed with the culture of Germany to the point its uncomfortable. NOT to be confused with a person who just likes their culture in a healthy way.
Often can be seen bringing up WW2 and hitler to Germans, Austrians, or Swiss people.
Normal German fan: "Man I wish their was a restaurant that sells döners ): (Turkish sandwich germans like* and I hope Germany wins the fifa this year! :D"
Bürt: "you know I'm not saying what hitler did was wrong...but it simply WORKED! :)..............................SEIG DIE FÜRER!!"
