Garfunktual

When something functions to the least of its ability, but still functional to the point where you cannot yet throw it out.

My current car is garfunktual; i have no AC nor powered Windows, but since it gets me from A to B, ill keep it for a while longer.

quite possibly the best word ever; has no real meaning and can be used to replace a word or can also be used if a person can't think of a good word to use

Bob: Did you see that chick?

Joe: Yeah, she was freaking garfunkulous!

Bob: Hell yeah!
