Garbage Kids are people who are really bad at Halo 2. They are "garbage" at Halo 2. You wouldn't direct the term at a garbage kid, you would use the term when talking about them.

A set of bubble-gum card stickers produced by Topps Chewing Gum that spoof Cabbage Patch Kids, all the rage in the 80s. They feature pictures of disgusting versions of the dolls with equally disgusting nicknames. Concept based on Wacky Packages.
