Frunzfisting 

The act of arguing every grain of sand as if it were the same size as a giant boulder. This problem originates in a complete inability to discern the key issue on any front, combined with an astronimically high levels of estrogen. The sad outcome of such a disease is that grown men appear to be giant wet vaginas.
