Forget Regret

A fancy prayer uttered by Mimi (originally played by Daphne Rubin-Vega) and the members of Life Support to Roger (originally played by Adam Pascal)in the song Another Day from the brilliant Broadway musical Rent written by the late, great, genius that was Jonathan Larson. It means if you live your life regretting your mistakes, it will pass you by and you won't be living. Also sung in the songs Life Support and Finale B. Rentheads live by this motto as well as No Day But Today.
Forget Regret or life is yours to miss or life is your to miss.
No other road other way, no day but today.

Forget Regret

Forgetting is better than Regretting.
I'd rather forget all my mistakes than regret them for my entire life. That's why we should all forget regret.

Say it and forget it. Write it and regret it

A phrase referring to how words are communicated. Spoken words are fleeting and easily forgotten. Written words, on the other hand, are permanent and can have lasting consequences.
MIKE: Man, that's the third time Bobby's disrespected my mom on Facebook. I'm gonna comment that next time I see him, I'll beat his ass

JOHN: Don't do it. You can get in serious trouble with the law for that. Say it and forget it. Write it and regret it.
