To drink slowly. Usually pertains to alcoholic beverages.

So he wouldn't be drunk at the end of the game, John decided to nurse a beer during the 4th quarter.

Someone who "bites" constantly, or consistently copies other rap artists' lyrics in a plagiaristic form.

Every time you hear Tyrone rap, he always bites off another rapper. He's a shark.

A term used to describe when too much bad stuff has happened to ever make the situation right again.

We will never get back together after you cheated on me and stole from me. There's too much water under the bridge.

Go Away For A While

A term used when someone knows they are going to prison for a long time.

This is Bobby's third arrest for drug dealing. I think he's going to go away for a while.

Pow Pow

A term used by Hispanic adults describing the spanking of an unruly child. Usually the spanking is done by hand and on the butt or the back of the legs.

Non Hispanic Parent- Michael, if you don't stop that, I'm going to spank you.

Hispanic Parent- Miguel, if you don't stop that, I'm going to give you pow pow.
