Fiend addict 

Someone who is so addicted to any substance that they fiend over it. They usually resemble a strung out goblin king that can't afford anything other than what they fiend for.

N - "yo have you seen Zach around?"
G - "oh you mean that fiend addict? Yeah he's a bum
N - "He sure is a fiend addict isn't he? Haha *high fives G*

A person who you meet for the first time and they blow up your phone everday and every weekend.

Heather-"Should I text Tim tonight and see what he is doing tonight?"

Vanessa- "No! You just hungout with him lastnight."

Heather-"Okay, I wont."
30 seconds later.....
Heather-"So I just texted Tim, and he hasnt responded yet..."
