The practice of being a fake ass bitch.

Jane- "Hey John can I borrow a cigarette?"
John- "Sorry I'm all out."
*Later, unbeknownst to John, Jane sees he has cigarettes.*
Jane- "That's some fakerism."

Bush- "We need to stop Congressional earmarks!"
