Fail bisquit

Phrase used to describe a person, place, thing, act, or event that has drastically failed.

"Dude, you're such a fail bisquit for not catching that." or "This whole trip was a fail bisquit because of the blown tire."

Biscuit Fail

When a cream filled biscuit goes wrong, and the top side (the bit with the pattern/logo etc) is round the wrong way ie creamside down, and the bottom is on the top. Could also be called biscuit malfunaction.
