An international student. Has very little rights, and cannot work off-campus. Also the ideal tenant, usually has rich parents and easy to evict if their financial situation changes.
Zhu Li is an F1er at UCLA, her parents pays for her tuition and apartment. If her parents can't pay rent anymore, I will let ICE deport her so she can't squat on my property!
