Eusocial

An animal species that is almost entirely sterile females being slaves to a fertile queen who gets regularly fucked by simp males (this organization is called a colony). Most eusocial animals are insects (bees, termites, ants...) except for some weird ugly ahh naked mole rats living in underground colonies.
