Eiffel Tower plus Sloth 

1. The same as a traditional eiffel tower, whereby two men mount both ends of a woman and high ten in the middle, with the addition of a fourth person, who slowly climbs around the structure like a sloth.

We were just gonna eiffel tower that girl, but Ralph showed up so we cranked it up to some Eiffel Tower plus Sloth.
