Ego Bench: A type of technique used on bench press that utilizes an absurd arch, practically turning the movement into a decline bridge hip-thrust press that limits the range of motion to 2 inches. Typically, the movement is accompanied by the strongest wraps that provide nearly as much power as a slingshot. Ego benching can literally add 100 pounds to your bench.
