We all have this bloke or colleague who is very slow and has a very common name like Joe, John or, for example, Jan.
If you then combine the familiar 'Duurt Lang' with Jan - you get DuurtJan!

Me: Hey, we're still waiting for our coffee!
Jan: I'll be there in a couple of minutes.
Me: DuurtJan!
