Dudebro 

A man, typically in his twenties, who tries to act as extreme (or XTREME as he would say) as possible but doesn't realize he is a total douche. Usually found drinking energy drinks or alcohol and listening to shitty tough-guy bands like Disturbed, Slipknot, Nickelback, Creed or any Metallica made after 1990. Often times, to up the ante on their XTREME factor, they will act like they are MMA fighters and wear Tapout brand clothing. Really, they are just total losers.

There goes that dudebro again, crushing beer cans on his forehead and listening to Disturbed, he's obviously one bad motherfucker.

1. Cannot go one full waking hour without uttering the words "dude" or "bro".

2. Has spikey hair (despite it having gone out of fashion around 2010).

3. Has a boisterous nature.

4. Is/was in a college fraternity.

5. Is from a middle-class background.

6. Lives in the suburbs or the city.

7. Works out and shows off his body.

8. Is eternally clean-shaven or has little/limited facial hair.

9. Is 18 to 25 years old.

10. Is a player.

11. (When he's not a player) Dates girls considerably younger than he is, like high-schoolers.

12. ( / / ) Dates women considerably older than he is.

13. Wears male earrings.

14. Wears sunglasses indoors or at night.

15. Has catchphrases.

16. Is apolitical.

17. Often gets into fights or arguments.

18. Is dudely (= is a typical duuuude; a guys' guy).

19. Is a diligent drinker.

20. Surfs or skates.

21. Authors, praises, or follows a Bro Code.

22. Is masculine but not manly.

23. Holds sexist or misogynistic views.

24. Is racist or says racist things.

25. Utters slurs like "faggot" or "faggy" and uses "gay" as an insult, but surprisingly enough has nothing against homosexuals.

26. Is a jokester, a prankster, or both.

27. Often gets high but is not a total junkie.

28. Is a reliable partier.

29. Is a frequent high-fiver.

Characterized by an eagerness to consume alcohol, celebrate friendship and empathy towards the concept of doing something potentially horrific and/or humiliating in order to doncievably gain heightened repute and accelerated social status. Known to consumate such ideals by the incessant repeating of the brands "dude", and "bro".

A combination poser and douchebag whom has an apparent deep psychological need to appear tougher (pronounced "harder" by dudebros) than they really are. Characterized by an over-eagerness to cram slang into at least every fifth word in any given sentence, this is in fact the root of their name. The dudebro is often seen driving an over-sized 4x4 truck with lift-kit (that will never go off-road as long as he owns it) and giving hard looks to people in traffic as he cuts them off in traffic at break neck speed. Additionally the dudebro truck is distinguished further by its rear window stickers, usually the Oakland Raiders (sometimes other football teams but never any other sport) and/or some lame metal band no one has ever heard of.
