Behaving in a predatory way towards (mainly) women. Often combined with abusing a position of power, in exchange for sexual favours. Much like well documented the Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

Don't do a Harvey, behave yourself!
That could be considered as doing a Harvey.
