A word used by Serbian nationalists to refer to other serbs that see flaws in Serbia. It means "other serbian". The word is usually used against more liberal and leftist Serbs

Serb 1: "I think genocide committed in Srebrenica was awful"
Serb 2: "What the hell man? You're a drugosrbijanac"
Serb 1: "Dude admitting our country did something wrong doesn't make me a traitor"
