Discernible 

A spiritual way or rational way one can perceive things out to be. Usually this can be used with many ideologies, beliefs and philosophy. It's a matter of perception.

You: Hey as long as the balls don't touch it ain't gay if you fuck a female version of yourself who also happens to have a flopping sausage with cute bing bong balls it don't count. That's how discernible it is.
