Dirty Pedicure 

Also known as the "Dirty Pedi." The sexual act of inserting ones toe(s) into another's anus for pleasure. Once inserted, toes may be wiggled or repeatedly withdrawn for increased pleasure. Common for fecal matter to become lodged underneath giving partner's inserted toenails. It is then customary for the receiving partner to remove fecal matter from underneath toenails with tongue.

"Hey man, how'd that Dirty Pedicure go the other day?"
"Ehh, it was alright, but she didnt clip her toenails!"
