It is when u get slapped with a huge old dictionary.

Billy: Hey Joe look over here.
Joe: Yes....
(Joe gets slapped with a dictionary)
Joe:What the hell was that for?!
Billy: You just got dictionary slapped!

Dictionary Dick Slapped

When you define a word so well, that it has every single person around you in tears from laughter, and you submit it only to have an admin who probably diddles little boys decline it for some unknown fucking reason.
