Two or more friends or pals who are both diabetic.

They both have diabetes, and are buddies.

Therefore they are diabuddies.

Wow look at those two over there comparing each others blood levels, they're such good diabuddies.

This is an attractive plump woman with diabetes. Not necessarily obese, but definetely not trim, the diabiddie is graceful and literally sweet.

-Did you see that diabiddie leaving the donut shop by the office?
