Desimosa
A blend of the Italian words “desiderio” (desire) and “bramosia” (yearning). Describes the constant, elegant state of longing and physical desire you feel for someone you’re deeply in love with - especially in a long-distance relationship. It’s the ache of wanting someone so intensely that “horny” feels too crude and “missing them” doesn’t capture the heat.
