Denignostic

From old french denier meaning deny, and ancient greek gnosis meaning knowledge. One who refuses knowledge however it is presented to them. One in a state of denial. Deliberately ignorant. (As opposed to an agnostic which is one who simply does not know.)
Creationists. Climate change denialists. Social conservatives. People who refuse to see the evidence of evolution are denignostic.
