Someone who larp's so hard, it often seems they actually become interested in the topic.

Isaac is such a dedicated larp to underground music that I'm starting to believe he might actually enjoy it.

Dedicated larper

Being so dedicated to larping and convincing others that you actually consumed the source material, you end up actually consuming the source material. COULD imply that they just consumed it to say they consumed it.

"I want to date a Yoru cosplayer but I need to larp Chainsaw Man but I don't want to get caught so I read the manga. I'm a dedicated larper!"
