An uncontrolled compulsion to constantly create drama. Drama that spews from someone’s mouth, similar to the way uncontrolled diarrhea spews from someone’s ass.

A drama queen or drama queer may suffer from dramarrhea on a regular basis.

She had such a severe case of dramarrhea last week I couldn’t get any work done. She kept calling me to talk about how the fucking world is coming to an end because she couldn’t get a hair appointment on Saturday.
