A person specifically accustomed to convincing naive and/or vulnerable women that they are a genuinely honest, loving and convinces whichever Female is in front of him at the moment he loves and cares for her to give him consent for him to engage in sexual congress with said female and ghost them after because the Male doesn't want to hear any bitching and complaining about anything and everything.
