D'jeet

A compressed word that means; "Did you eat?". "D'jeet" and/or "jeet" is used by Midwesterners that live in the Midwest of the U.S.

The 12 Midwest states are,

Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

"D'jeet, today?" (Did you eat, today?)
