An insult that comes from the word cunt, but is much worse and should be saved for only the most extreme circumstances.
Worker 1: Hey, do you know Jill from accounting?
Worker 2: Yeah, I hate her, she's a total cuntagairious.
Worker 2: Yeah, I hate her, she's a total cuntagairious.
