cracker town 

A district of a city anywhere in a non-European country, usually in Asia, where a large, concentrated white minority resides. The district is frequently dirty and sporadic street vendors can be found selling cheap, basement made goods.

Ying: Hey Yang, I need a hamburger, let's head to cracker town.

Yang: Good idea Ying, I could use a knew watch and some Fokie sunglasses.

For black chicks, it's there similar to a stack of rye chips.

Damn girl, you got some crazy ass Townhouse cracker ankles.
