Cropsey

A creep; someone who seems pedophile-like.
Derived from Staten Island urban lore for a bogeyman who steals children.
May also refer to an object or situation that is creepy in a related sense i.e. a dilapidated shack, automobile, or rural people.
Jerry and Lee are driving down a country road in an unfamiliar area/town. The surrounding area looks eerily similar to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre . . . Lee turns to Jerry and simply says "Cropsey".

Coopsey

A very odd individual which wears glasses and survives on a diet of a popular tea-time snack of 'custard creams'. The 'Coopsey' will go about its day looking for tight and un-accessable spaces between two people to nest in. The 'Coopsey' will bring horror and hatred to those in the surrounding area by annoyingly pushing them aside when sitting down.
Jack: 'I hope that guy doesn't sit here, theres not enough room'
Jill: ' oh god, he's doing a coopsey!'.
