A word to describe a person with a condition in which the sufferer is unable to resist a night out, and the severest cases the sufferer breaks into singing repulican rebel songs... can be a debilitating condition

Me : how did you get on at the doctors Jay?
Jay: Aye fine after internal investigation turns oot i have cooshty!! Soldiers are we!!
