TCR (The Computer Room)

TCR (The Computer Room Rule)
Definition: A powerscaling principle stating
that power level = 0 if you have no access
to the system, no matter how infinite your stats are.
Formula logic:
Power effective = Power raw X Access
If Access =0, then Powereffective = O. Even
if Powerraw = ∞0.
Analogy 1: The Admin PC
You can be the strongest bodybuilder in the world, but if you're standing outside the computer room with no keycard, you can't delete a single file. The admin inside with O strength but full access can still wipe the whole system.
Analogy 2: Video Game Layers
A boss in a game might have 9999 ATK and can destroy the entire map. But the player holding the controller is "outside the system." No matter how strong the boss is, it can't hit the player. The player can just turn off the game.

Example:
"Zeno has infinite destruction power, but he can't erase Featherine because TCR. She's outside the story writing it.
Power effective =00×0=0"
"Goku can blow up universes, but he can't punch the author. TCR (The Computer Room) solos."
Why it matters:
This is why "hax" and "meta" characters
beat "stat" characters. Power = Influence.
You need access.
