V. The act of lifting weights, derived from the clunking noise the weights make as you lift them.

Patrick was pissed off due to the excessive use of "Clunk away" in a short video poking fun at one of his gay lovers.

Patrick: I'm too embarrassed to lift right now.
Zach: Just clunk away my friend. Clunk away.
