Of a person: One who is into puppy-play to such a degree that they obediently respond to a dog training clicker either as a sexual or non-sexual form of roleplay.

Often this is in the context of trans puppy-girls.

Boomer: "My son turned out fine"
Zoomer: "Ma'am you're daughter is clicker trained"
