The expression "christmas came early" originated in northern New Mexico. In this case, "christmas" refers to the unique combination of both red chile and green chile on your breakfast burrito. Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
